Ingredients
¾ cup of Flour
½ Tbsp of American Garden Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp of Baking Soda
¼ tsp of Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
50g Butter, at room temperature
½ cup of White Sugar
¼ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

In a bowl, mix the flour with the cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Leave the mixture aside.
In the electric blender bowl, place the butter, the white sugar, the brown sugar, the American Garden Creamy Peanut Butter, the egg, and the vanilla extract; and mix them well.
Add the flour mixture, and mix them at low speed until the ingredients are incorporated. Place the dough in a bowl, and then refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
Shape the dough into small equal-sized balls; then press them and place them on an oven sheet wrapped in parchment paper.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Take the sheet out of the oven, and let the cookies cool at room temperature; then serve them.
