Ingredients
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cups American Garden’s Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4-5 fresh raspberries for topping

Preparation
Take a saucepan combine the cornstarch, and salt over medium heat. Slowly add in milk, whisking constantly until all of the ingredients dissolved.
Increase to medium-high heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low flame. Cook, whisking constantly for 2 more minutes.
Remove the pan from the flame and stir in the butter, American Garden’s Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Transfer pudding to a bowl, cover with wrap and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After removing, top it with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. Serve chilled.
